If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact your stylist directly or call the salon at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee. If you no-show your appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the service fee. This will be charged to the credit card on file. Some exceptions may apply.
